Type: Public Awareness - Heritage of Bengaluru Location: Rangoli Metro Art Centre, Bengaluru Date: April 2016
Hands on Heritage is an initiative started by Masons Ink intended towards spreading awareness about the Built Heritage of the country. Masons Ink celebrated World Heritage Day with the city by paying tribute to the Heritage of Bangalore. A 3-day exhibition was held on MG road dedicated to Bangalore’s forgotten past, thriving present and delicate future. The exhibition showcased interesting interactive displays and was successful in catering to age groups ranging from 6 to 60 years of age. We specially thank INTACH and artist Archana Prasad (Director at Jaaga, Bangalore) for their meaningful contributions. If you have missed this event celebrating Namma Bengaluru.. worry not as there are many more to come. Write to us if you want to be part of this initiative.
