Mason’s Ink along with a selected team of architecture students from Acharya Institute of Technology and M S Ramaiah Institute of technology spent 10 days in Bungalow 7 – a colonial bungalow to document it through measured drawings. The Bungalow is a beautiful example of adaptive re-use, the owners have revived the house and it is now used as an event venue. The students under the guidance of Mason’s Ink learnt physical documentation techniques, condition assessments and got an insight into the ins and outs of building conservation. They interacted with other experts in the field and through interactive seminar sessions learnt about their various experiences with heritage. Write to us if you want to be part of this initiative.
